Your Data Stays on Your Device

QuitVape is designed with privacy at its core. All your quit tracking data — puff logs, craving logs, health milestones, streaks, and profile information — is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not collect, transmit, or store this data on any server.

AI Coach

The AI coach runs on-device using Apple's MLX framework. Your conversations are not sent to any server. Voice responses use the ElevenLabs text-to-speech API — only the AI-generated response text is sent to produce audio. No conversation history or personal data is included in these requests.

What We Don't Collect

No personal information (name, email, phone)
No location data
No usage analytics or tracking
No advertising identifiers
No data sharing with third parties

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all billing, receipts, and subscription management.

Data Storage

All app data is stored in your device's local storage (UserDefaults with App Group). If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed. There is no cloud backup or sync feature.

Children's Privacy

QuitVape is rated 17+ due to references to nicotine and tobacco use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
