1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuitVape ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuitVape is a wellness app designed to help users track and reduce their vaping habits. The App includes puff tracking, craving management tools, an AI-powered coaching chatbot, health milestone tracking, and social features.

3. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: QuitVape is a wellness and motivational tool. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach provides general motivational support based on publicly available information about nicotine cessation.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice
Do not use QuitVape as a substitute for professional medical care
If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
One account per person; we reserve the right to suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Annual subscriptions provide a discounted rate and also auto-renew
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
Use the AI coach to obtain medical prescriptions or diagnoses
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI coaching feature uses large language models (OpenAI GPT) to generate responses. While we aim for helpful and accurate information:

Responses may contain errors or outdated information
The AI is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or counselor
Always verify health-related information with qualified professionals
We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI responses

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by QuitVape and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuitVape and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
